extensive area which is fairly high up on the edge of the Pennine moors
and can be a demanding undertaking in poor weather. Participants should wear clothing which is appropriate for the weather conditions. Both the Wheelchair and Trail O courses are 4.5km in length and follow the same trail. A separate map is required for the Trail O course. Solutions to the Trail-O courses are available here for you to check after you have done the course. |
