An extensive area which is fairly high up on the edge of the Pennine
moors and can be a demanding undertaking in poor weather. Course information for the colour-coded courses is on the back of the map except for the more difficult Green and Blue courses. Click here for details of these two courses. Both the Wheelchair and Trail O courses are 4.5km in length and
follow the same trail. A separate map is required for the Trail
