Car park 1 – signed from A6053 East of A666 flyover. This is
Crompton’s Lodges Permanent Orienteering Course car park. Car park 2 – approaching from South to Moses Gate; at traffic lights where A6053 turns right under flyover, go forward then first right under flyover, following Darcy Lever signs. After crossing River Croal, car park 250m on the right, just before a left bend. |

| Note that there are 2 car parks. Car park 1, with Visitor Centre and toilets, is just off the Permanent Orienteering Course map to the South, over the A6053, and you use the road crossing then walk up to Start 1. Car park 2 at the West side of the map has Start 2 adjacent. There are 3 courses from each Start. | ||
